When Will My Order Be Processed?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. If you need an order rushed, please email info@meldamoda.com, and our Customer Success team will try to assist you. 

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

All US orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. All orders are provided with a traceable tracking number after it has been processed. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time. Please join our mailing list to get notified when we add new countries.

Where is My Order?

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. 

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

If an item is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must file a claim with the carrier. If you need proof of shipping or your tracking number, contact our team at info@meldamoda.com.
