Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase,  items purchased at full price can be returned for store credit within seven (7) days of receipt. We do not issue refunds.

You will need an order number to initiate a return. To receive store credit, the returned item:

  • Must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Have no signs of wear, use or wash.

We cannot accept items for return if more than seven (7) days have passed since the item was delivered.

To start a return send an email to info@meldamoda.com with your order number in the subject line. When you initate a return, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not issue store credit for items purchased with a discount code; sale items; or items that show signs of wear, use or wash. We will not accept an item for return if more than seven (7) days have passed since an item was delivered.

Store Credit 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. If approved, we will issue a store credit.
